Buygames.gg Purchase Terms

1. Definitions

These Terms govern all purchases made through Buygames.gg (the "Store"). By placing an order, you ("Buyer") agree to these Terms.

2. Digital Products

All Products sold through the Store are digital and delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

• Delivery happens automatically or soon after payment confirmation.
• Once delivered, the Product is considered received.
• Digital Products cannot be returned once delivered, except as allowed by these Terms.

3. Buyer Review Responsibility

Before purchasing, the Buyer must review the product description, including:

• What the Product includes
• How the Product functions
• Any limitations, requirements, or special conditions

Completing a purchase means the Buyer confirms they have read and understood this information. Failure to review it does not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. Account-Based Products

Some Products provide access to pre-existing accounts. Upon Delivery, the Buyer agrees to:

• Use the account responsibly and follow any instructions provided.
• Avoid modifying the account during the support period unless instructed by the Store.
• Not perform actions that could compromise access or stability.

The Store is not liable for issues caused by Buyer-made modifications after Delivery.

5. Functionality Guarantee

The Store guarantees the Product is functional at the time of Delivery. If the Buyer receives invalid credentials, an inaccessible account, or a technical issue, they may request a replacement or a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

6. Guarantee Conditions

The guarantee in Section 5 becomes void if the Buyer modifies the account after Delivery, including:

• Changing the password
• Changing the associated email address
• Adding or changing a phone number
• Updating recovery methods
• Altering security settings

Any such Modification is treated as acceptance of the delivered Product.

7. Refund Limitations

Refunds are not generally issued for:

• Buyer mistakes or accidental purchases
• Purchases made by someone who already owns the Product
• Dissatisfaction after successful delivery
• Successful access or login to the delivered account
• Failure to review product details before purchase
• Issues caused by Buyer-made modifications after Delivery

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for genuine technical issues and only if the account has not been modified by the Buyer as described in Section 6.

Change-of-mind or accidental purchases are not eligible for exchange.

9. Chargebacks and Fraud

Filing a chargeback for a fully delivered and functional Product without contacting support first may be treated as fraudulent.

• Delivery confirmation logs
• Proof of account access
• Login timestamps
• These Terms as accepted at purchase

Contact support before initiating a chargeback for faster resolution.

10. Customer Support

Support is available for:

• Login and access assistance
• Account access issues within the support period
• Technical problems related to the delivered Product

Support does not cover Buyer modifications made after Delivery or security changes made without Store instruction.

11. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the Store's liability is limited to replacement or refund as set out in Section 5. The Store is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Store's jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the Buyer's jurisdiction apply.

13. Severability and Updates

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in force.

The Store may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after updates means acceptance.

By completing a purchase, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
